Ten months ago, I got really interested in bicycles. Fixed gear bikes to be exact. That's because I liked the simplicity and its minimalist character. Riding it however is a totally different thing. It takes a while to get used to. After a few weeks of riding, it made me into a powerful biker in the process.
I still have my precious 'Green Hornet' and I love going out for a spin on it. At my age, and with all the hills around where I live, it's not the ideal bicycle to cruise around with. This limitation got me into Touring Bicycles, which what I am currently having a blast building. What other reasons made me shift? I'll let you know in succeeding posts. Thanks for reading.
